Megatron Lives! A tour of my 15 hour balloon sculpture.
Check out the Megatron Playlist:http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=813139145C0C91AF They play in order. The Happy Cabbie entered the TJAM through the door competition in Benton Arkansas. The only rule is that it had to fit "through the door" I used close to 300 Betalatex brand balloons and it stood 6 feet tall. I got the package of balloons needed to make the sculpture late, I actually wanted to make Optimus Prime too but I ran out of time. [ go to Youtube.com ]

A team of balloon artists worked for a week inflating and assembled 18,000 ballons for the Octopus sculpture. The sculpture, piloted by Ninomiya, took off from Sodus Point, NY, and floated above Sodus Bay. Meanwhile, I wish that the things I start saying with ironic intention would not sneak into my actual vocabulary. "Ohhhh snap!" [
