Eye on Design: Phase 1
Eye on Design is a public art education program that derives from the Arts Council's unique relationship as an affiliate member to the Smithsonian Institution. From this a partnership was established where the Arts Council received background and training in the Smithsonian's Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum's educational program A City of Neighborhoods: Civic Engagement through Design. It is from this experience that Eye on Design was inspired. [
